We do not perform construction, design, or permitting. Instead, we provide experienced, third-party insight into plans, scopes of work, quotes, and contracts so risks can be identified early—when they are easiest and least expensive to address.

Our process starts by reviewing the documents tied to your project, which may include contractor estimates, scopes of work, construction plans or drawings, and related contract language. These items are reviewed together, not in isolation, because most disputes, overruns, and change orders stem from misalignment between pricing, scope, and plans—not from a single mistake. We look for missing details, vague allowances, unclear responsibilities, coordination gaps, and common red flags that create problems once work is underway.

With over 30 years of hands-on, real-world construction experience across all forms of construction—ranging from single-site projects to large-scale developments—our reviews are grounded in how projects are actually built in the field. This perspective comes from time spent managing crews, coordinating trades, interpreting plans, and carrying responsibility for real outcomes—not just reviewing documents from behind a desk.
